Whether you prefer a solo workout, group classes, trainer assistance, or a combination of the three (plus meditative amenities like saunas, tanning, beauty light therapy, and hydromassage), our offerings are expansive and will meet your fitness and wellness needs. With our Shake Bar, our free Book Swap, and our unofficial greenhouse status (we have a lot of plants), we are not your average facility.
