Certified personal trainer by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Possesses specialties in senior and women’s fitness, functional strength training, injury prevention, and core/ body weight exercises. Kathy has over 30 years of fitness experience, including a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition. She is a Licensed Massage therapist and an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor. Her favorite classes to teach are bootcamp, interval training, STEP, spinning, Silver Sneakers, strength training, and small group circuit training.
